( how could my first mission as leader go so wrong )
Robin's…proud of himself. Like, he's definitely bummed out about not being leader, but he's aware that he's not the right guy for this team. He's too used to working with Batman, and Aqualad's good. He's proven that with this mission. So at the end of the mission, despite how badly they messed up and ugh, getting yelled at by Batman (or his version of it) is never not going to be awful, but at the same time… He's proud of the fact that he did the right thing and surrendered control to Kaldur.
Also the whole...too much experience > not getting along correctly with team thing resonated really deeply with him, especially after past trauma games where it really made him feel off about not acting "correctly" when faced with things. And also when he tried to protect the team, Doe in particular, and she got pissed off about it. This helps him come to terms with the idea that, you know, it's okay to know things about...things... but you can't expect others to react the way you want them to/think they will, because that brings about a negative impact on everyone.
